Haven’t been able to play my game in months

So, it all started with the first update before fairies came out. I would load my game but instead of going into a household it would loop back to the manage worlds screen and wouldn’t load into any household. Once I solved that, then it started crashing in game after a minute or so. Then it wouldn’t let me load the game at all. 

I have completely factory reset my pc without restoring any of my backup files, so it’s brand new and bare. Not to mention I just bought this pc earlier this year. I reinstalled the ea app and the sims 4. So clean pc and clean game no mods. Turned off overlay in the ea app settings. Loaded the game, made a quick sim, loaded into a house then saved into manage worlds and it crashed again. Now it won’t let me past the main menu without crashing. The screen will turn blue, then white, then ea will say failed to launch on their end 🙄

I’m so over this game, ive invested so much money and time into this game that is broken 90% of the time.
