Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 DLC shows as installed, won't load in-game

Ok, so through a series of complicated issues (which I can get into if necessary) my base game got deleted from my computer and I had to reinstall it. After I did so, I logged into the EA app and started up the game. I was happy to see that my saved games were still there, but when I tried to play one, it said that I needed all my purchased expansions and packs to be installed before I could play. I went back to the EA menu and went to Manage Add-Ons. But it says that all of my add-ons are already installed, and there's nothing that I can click on to reinstall them or anything. So EA is saying all my add-ons are there, and it's saying my base game has been installed now...but the base game and the add-ons aren't linked together. When I try to start a new game, it's only showing the base game clothes and whatnot. I've restarted multiple times. Any idea how to fix this?
