Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 DLC shows as installed, won't load in-game

i bought three expansion packs. when we go to access them its says it needs to restart in order for them to work. do that they still wont work . already have saves with one of the packs we already have. now its doing the same thing. say its installed, when i checked uninstalled and reinstalled like three times still wont work.
