DLCs not working right

I don't know how to fix this, and I have tried everything I have found. For context, I installed The Sims 4 on steam, but installed the packs using EA, I don't know what it is that's causing the issue, here are some screenshots of the problem I'm having, I don't know what to do at the moment

  • thegoldengyzer  Please manually delete the folders for these packs and reinstall the content.  Make sure the EA App is closed and the EABackgroundService is NOT running in the Task Manager's background processes list.  Open the game's program files, here by default in a Steam install:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 4

The folders are EP04 [Cats & Dogs], GP12 [Werewolves], and SP18 [Paranormal].  Delete all three, then open the Delta folder and delete the subfolders with these names as well.

Open Steam and the EA App, and clear the EA App's cache:

Repair the game in Steam again, then download your three packs from the EA App, one at a time, and see how the content looks in-game.

  • thegoldengyzer  Try repairing the game in Steam: right-click Sims 4 and select Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of game files.

If that doesn't helpan you tell which packs are affected, or is it all of them, or perhaps all of them that you installed through the EA App?  Please list them if there aren't too many.
