LovelySimmer91 Please try the suggestions in the first post of this master thread:
[CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 Failed to Launch Game | EA Forums - 12561664
If none of them helps, please provide a dxdiag, as described, but post it in your thread here.

LovelySimmer91 Did you try everything listed in the post I linked? I ask in part because the Sims 4 errors in your dxdiag are often the result of bad/outdated mods or custom content. (I also ask because it takes more than ten minutes to try all those things, but maybe you'd already found the thread before posting.) If the problem is mods or cc, then I don't want to waste your time chasing other potential issues.
If you've already tried playing with your Mods folder removed, please manually uninstall and reinstall your 2015-2025 VC++ runtimes. Open Windows Settings > Apps, scroll down to the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables, and uninstall every version from 2015 or newer. You can get new copies here:
You'll need both the x86 and x64 versions of the "latest supported redistributable version," but not the ARM version, which is for a different class of device. Restart your computer after installing the runtimes and before trying to play.

So I tried the method from the thread where i removed the whole Sims 4 folder & the game came up perfectly fine

Ok I will try that out
LovelySimmer91 If the game works fine when you move the folder, the problem is something in the old folder, not your VC++ runtimes. You can of course reinstall them if you want, but that's not going to fix bad cc. So you'll need to test your mods and cc to figure out what needs removing.
You can test it a bit at a time in the new folder, delete or update as necessary, and then move over your saves, Tray files, Options.ini if you don't want to redo your in-game options, and Screenshots and Recorded Videos if you care about those. The rest can be discarded; the game will regenerate the files as necessary.
