Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 Unable to Start, Already Running

When I try to launch my sims 4 game, I keep getting an error message saying that the game is already running. "Unable to start: the Sims 4 is already running. [ed35e0ea:29f00e76:00000000:18a1dd51] " I've uninstalled both the game and the EA app, and restarted my PC twice. It still won't work. I have no mods or CC. I've cleared local thumbnails, cache... nothing. I don't know what else to try. PLEASE HELP!
