Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 Unable to Start, Game Data Missing or Damaged

I feel like have tried everything I can think of EA support was no help at all. I have tried following the "how to back up and reset the sims 4" help page but no luck either. I don't personally play trying to get it to work for my girlfriend please help. She only has ever installed mods from the game and they are not currently installed.
