I can’t play ts4 after last update “Unable to start: Initialization error at startup [135dec40:3fbbeccd0:00000064:00000000]”
I restarted my laptop re-downloaded my game and ea app nothing works what do I do?
Did you figure out what mod it was? I still haven't figure out which one it is for me ☹️
@ThatchyTax7 This error is currently mostly related to an antivirus blocking Sims 4. So please set an exception for TS4_DX9_x64.exe, the executable the game uses if you're playing in the default DirectX 9 mode. This applies whether you're using a third-party antivirus or just Windows Defender's Controlled Folder Access.
@rebeccaelise This error isn't typically associated with mods, but if you want to be sure, temporarily remove all your mods and test.
