@dinogirl93x This parts list is well put together, for sure. It's also massive overkill for Sims 4. That's not a bad thing, exactly, but you could get essentially the same performance on cheaper hardware. If you're also planning to play more demanding games, e.g. Hogwarts Legacy, that's another matter, but as far as Sims 4 is concerned, there are diminishing returns even a tier below this one.
That's not to say performance will be ideal. Sims 4 lags on any system, no matter how powerful, a consequence of the game engine rather than the hardware running it. Lag will resolve more quickly on faster components, at least up to a point, but nothing will prevent the lag in the first place.
As far as these parts go, the only thing I'd change for sure, regardless of whether you're keeping the rest of the build or are considering a downgrade, is the power supply. Cooler Master's products aren't junk, exactly, but they're not high-end either, and the PSU is the single most important component of all. I'd suggest getting a Corsair or Seasonic PSU instead.
For the memory, what you've picked out is great, but you'd get slightly better performance from modules with tighter timings, for example one of these (also cheaper):
On the other hand, maybe you want RGB RAM, like one of these:
Latency is a combination of speed (6000 above, 6200 in the one you picked out) and timings (CL30 above, CL36 in yours), and it's often better to sacrifice a bit of speed to lower the timings. The difference wouldn't be noticeable to the naked eye; it's just something to think about considering the higher-performing options are actually cheaper in this case.
