As you can see my attach before {You have this content} and {view in library} but when i click my game library there is only sims 4 and as you can see when i search desert luxe kit it was purchased, so i click view in library it goes to play
@svr79 Everything in your screenshots is normal. Origin doesn't list owned packs separately in your game library; you're only supposed to see the base game.
The question is whether the Desert Luxe items are showing up when you actually play. If not, I really need to know your game version, as described in my previous post.

@svr79 Okay, open Origin, click on My Game Library, then the Sims 4 icon, then Kits (it might be hidden behind More, and you might need to scroll down a little first), and scroll to Desert Luxe. Do you see a Download button or one that says Details? If you see a Download button, just click it.
If the pack is already downloaded, please clear Origin's cache:

and repair the game: open your game library again, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
May i know where can i find Kits and More as you mention it might be hidden because i had open Origin and click my My Game Library then the Sims 4 icon, thats all..
@svr79 When you click the Sims 4 icon, look underneath the orange Play button. In my case, expanding the More section shows me this:
I did need to click Extra Content first so I could scroll down far enough to see the Kits section though. Otherwise, it was hidden behind the friends list.
