Dinner Party does have instructions I have seen it before a couple of times. Instructions allow you to get silver or gold medal and also to complete the Master Chef Aspiration.

@neetabrown Yes, but you can run a dinner party as goaled or non-goaled event depending what option you choose when throwing the option.

Did you make sure it's goaled ?
