Try going to Game Options > Graphics. Then change the Display Type to "Windowed Fullscreen". Then click the "Apply Changes" button. - exome51359 months agoSeasoned Scout@TheSimsDirect No, that did not work. The colors are yellowed, the images are not sharp. It hurts my eyes to play. I have tried repairing and everything else. It is broken and unplayable - again.

Finally fixed it by toggling DirectX9 and going back to full screen.

Good to hear! Would you be willing to share your dxdiag? It may help the team investigate why the DX11 version of the game wasn't working for you. - exome51359 months agoSeasoned Scout
Here is my Dxdiag. Hope it helps.

It works in windowed fullscreen, thank you! Still, I think it should work in any display types.
