That’s the screenshot
@cloudieee11 There are a bunch of copies in your Tray folder, perhaps one for each file. It might be easier to set aside this entire Tray folder and redownload the files. If you move the Tray folder to your desktop (for safekeeping, in case you have your own files you'll want to retrieve later) and launch the game, a new folder will spawn. Then you can add a freshly downloaded set of files to that folder and test.
If that doesn't help, please load your game to the Main Menu and look for the version number along the bottom of the screen or in the lower right corner. Please list the entire version number, i.e. 1.xx.xxx.xxxx.
So I did what you said but it still doesn’t work so the, and also the game version is 1.77.146.1030
@cloudieee11 Is it possible that some of the lots you're downloading contain content from packs you don't own? As a test, please start with another new Tray folder, download one lot from the Gallery, and make sure to save it to your library as well. Quit the game, restart your computer, and look for the files in your new Tray folder, then load Sims 4 and see whether the lot still appears in your library.
It still does not work
@cloudieee11 Let's try something different. Please send me, via private message, the links to the lots you're downloading. I'll check them in my own game and see whether they work as expected.
I re tried it and now it appears in my library, I think I might I have done something wrong at the first try, anyways, Thank you so much for the help I truly appreciate it
