Re: Duplicate Worlds and can't find saved games
@SarahMurdock Please start by going into Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 and backing up the saves folder. (Right-click on it and select Copy, then right-click somewhere else on your computer and select Paste. Best of all would be to copy it to an external drive or USB stick, but anywhere not in Documents will be okay.) Now repair the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
Open the game and see whether there are any duplicate worlds. If there still are, please move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop and look again. Launching the game will create a clean folder with no content, including no saves, but everything will be intact in the folder you moved. The files just can't be read by the game while they're moved out of Documents\EA.
Don't add anything to the new folder yet—the first thing to check is whether the duplicate worlds are gone. Let me know either way.
Your saves can probably be sorted out too, but it's easier to get the game into a working state first.
