@cuban_wonderrr Please check your order history on ea.com and let me know whether the transaction says completed, pending, or failed.

The transaction said it was fulfilled, I bought it on 11/17/2019 so I bought it on origin instead and i bought it in a bundle with realm of magic and discover university
@cuban_wonderrr Please contact EA customer support to make sure there's nothing wrong with your purchase on the EA side. It would be best to use the live chat option; if you don't see it, change the location in your browser window to U.S. or U.K., or choose a slightly different category of issue.

If you don't get anywhere with support, let me know, and I'll flag your thread to someone from EA. But it might take a few days to get a reply considering it's a holiday weekend in the U.S.
