@BobTehHorse Thanks for the dxdiag, which makes the issue clear: Sims 4 is crashing because the AMD graphics driver is crashing. Asus doesn't offer a newer driver for your laptop, but AMD does:
Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart the computer after installing and before trying to play.
If that doesn't help, please post a new dxdiag.
