@Asims242 Hey everyone, just got off the call of 10 minutes, 30 seconds of speaking and the rest waiting on hold with no solution besides waiting a day or two. I'm going to try to contact amazon to see if they will give me something because you know Amazon says they don't do refunds for digital game codes so that's just fantastic. This is literally crazy, I buy the game after it was released to play immediately, if I wanted to buy the game and wait to play it that's what their pre order is for. But since I didn't purchase through ea the representative let me know I can't get any reimbursements and I'd have to wait a day or two to play. At this point this is something that no longer peaks my interest, the frustration is outweighing all the excitement I've had for the game. Near $1,000 down the drain investing into the Sims 4, I'm over this whole experience at this point and now $40 down the drain on a pack I have to wait days to even see if it will work to let me play, no way I'm over this and I think I'm done playing sims 4. It feels like my money is being toyed with in my face and I just can't take continuously trying to put so much effort into attempting to fix a game I didn't even make just to be told by support to do more of their troubleshooting and after doing hours of that I'm told to wait DAYS. Best luck to everyone and this experience and for those who are still trying to get I hope you do but at this point I'm over it. This experience has been awful.
