I am having issues since downloading the Holiday Celebration Pack too. Although my issue is a little different. I am unable to save newly created households in CAS. They appear to be saved and I'm informed that it is saved. I can also see them in the HOME section of CAS. However, whenever I go into My Library, they are not there.
I contacted EA and chatted through my issues. Informed them that one of my saved familys has also disappeared from My Library. They recommended I remove the Holiday Celebration Pack. But, they didn't seem to be able to give me valid explanation on how to carryout this procedure. I don't know where to find the Pack so I can remove it.

EA Advisor recommended that I take out my Saves folder and move it to the desktop. I also took out the Mods folder. The issue is now resolved. All I can say is be careful with what you download. After testing without the Mods folder I was able to save newly created households after.
I hope this may help anyone else who may be experiencing similar problems.
Mods and CC always need checking after new patches.
