no, I cannot log in with this account directly on the ea website. Already tried. I cannot also reset password, because I misspelled my email. (I am using another account, to write this post).
The Steam save my preferences and log in automatically. I do want to that Steam just forget this account so I can create the new one.- @elisaqueen6 Okay, that might be an issue, because afaik the only way to unlink is from ea out, not steam.
However, when steam logs you in to ea app, can you click your profile and then click manage? This should bring you to ea.com and for me it also automatically logs in. You need to contact Support. https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=the-sims-4&platform=pc&category=technical-support
- @DeanXeL No there is no such option. Only Setting and Logout. Under setting I can change only the Language and auto updates for EA-app
