Re: how to uninstall a game pack on sims 4

@foureggz  The only supported way to uninstall a pack is to uninstall the entire game and reinstall it without that pack.  But you could instead just disable the pack:

If you don't absolutely need the extra space on your hard drive or SSD, this is the easiest method.

One other thing you can do is delete the folder for the pack you want to uninstall.  This isn't officially supported but should work fine.  The pack will be labeled by type and release order, for example Seasons was the fifth expansion released, so its folder is EP05.  The pack folders are within the game's program files, in one of these locations by default:

Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4

Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4

Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 4

If you're using Origin or the EA App, be sure to disable automatic game updates so the app doesn't automatically download the pack again.  And it's still a good idea to alt-tab back to the app to make sure it's not downloading the pack anyway once you launch the game; this has been a problem with Origin in particular.
