When you redeemed the code the first time it got connected to your Origin account. You need to make sure to log into the Origin program with the Origin account you used back then. In the program you can download The Sims 4, no need to use the disk to install 🙂

If you don't remember which account you registered the game with you will have to contact an EA Advisor using http://help.ea.com

    I only created 1 account for the origin so i'm pretty sure it is the same

    My laptop got fixed and wiped origin off I got my origin account back but sims 4 has been wiped and it wont let me use my redeem code to get it back what can I do to get it back

    The game no longer shows up in Origin

    Try the following things: 

    • Restart Origin.
    • Log out and back in and use the email address instead of the user name. Make sure to use the one you used to register the game in the first place.
    • Reinstall Origin.
    • Restart your router/modem.
    • Make sure the game isn't hidden by accident. To check, put the filter to Hidden Games. If it's there, right-click on the game to unhide ((click on the spoiler below to view an exemplary screenshot))
