Re: I can't see the videos I recorded in sims 4

Hello, I had the same problem. I have a Windows 10 machine. Go into your File Explorer icon, go to Documents, go to Electronic Arts, go to The Sims 4, go to Recorded Videos. Now right click on a video and you should see a option to "Play with CyberLink Power Media Player" and will have the latest version identified by a number. In my case is " Play with CyberLink Media Player 14". After choosing the Player you should be enjoying your video.

You are answering a 1 year old thread that has a solution with a solution that wont work for most people as Cyberlink software isn't a part of Windows.
It is great that you want to help but please make sure your answers are relevant. But please continue to answer questions that you know the answer to.

Hey, I had the same problem but im on a Mac. it only comes through as a mute audio file. I tried using another app on my computer to view it but nothing worked. Any ideas?

(Edit - User downloaded Smart Converter for Mac, all other Mac posts split into their own thread and moved to the Mac forum here, Bluebellflora)

Great to hear that you got it sorted @yrsp2.

I'm going to lock this thread as it is quite old.
