  • This is really fustrating! I deleted all the cache files, but the Sims 4 still wont allow me to play or update. I even double checked to see if all the cache files was properly deleted, and they were! Do you have any other solutions?

I'm sorry for my bad English. >.<

  • This is about the cache files. Just as I said, the files are not there. But when I open up Origin, the file automaticly popps up. How can I make that stop?

That is normal. The cache files are files that are created to make stuff faster. They sometimes corrupt/have false info and deleting them fixes that. Next time you start the game/Origin, they are recreated but don't have outdated info anymore.

Did you try contact a game advisor ?
