@minhelen_ There's no way to change a game's language within the EA App. Normally you'd just reinstall the game in Norwegian, but since that didn't work the first time, your best bet is to reinstall Origin. You can find a download link here:
Open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, select Game Properties > Advanced Launch Options, and choose Norwegian. Origin should repair the game and download the appropriate language strings. Then you can go back to using the EA App if you prefer.
I don't know for sure, but the EA App might have been confused if you installed the app itself in English. I do know this is a common problem.
