C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop

and look for EALauncher.exe.  Right-click it and select Send to > Desktop (create shortcut).

Note: you could use EADesktop.exe instead, but from what I've seen, it won't always alert you of an impending update, whereas EALauncher.exe will.  When the App isn't updated, it may not load properly.
