@LilyLovesYouDear  This is often caused by Reshade, so get rid of it if you've installed it.  If you don't have Reshade, disable Origin in-game both globally and for Sims 4.  Open Origin, hover over your username, choose Application Settings, then click on the Origin in-game header and switch it off.  Then go to your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, select Game Properties, and uncheck the box for Origin in-game.
