I would've thought so, given they're the same ones I've copied before and had no problem with, but it's possible I've missed something, so I'll take a screenshot.
Here's screenshot of the folder with a household with one sim (left), and one with a lot (right), I've copied from my backups, but neither appear in my library. I haven't changed anything about either since the last time I copied them over and they worked.
@crinrict Oh that's odd, I made sure to check the options so it was public, I must've missed something. I'll move them to a folder and change some options around to see if that works better. Apologies for the delay!
@crinrict This whole thing has been so bizarre. Though I have some good, if confusing news.
When I tried going through them the other day I made sure to check each one individually, but I thought I may have missed one, so went about trying again just now to be sure...and one by one all the households shows up again. So I tried the lots and they all also showed up.
I truly have no idea what happened. I made sure to double and triple check, make sure I was using the right folder, check all the different options on and off in the gallery in case something was misplaced or I'd missed a detail, and even as I said in my first post un- and re-install the game, just to make sure I'd been extremely thorough before posting here in case I'd missed something obvious. So while I'm definitely glad things are working, I have absolutely zero clue what changed.
I'm so sorry, I can't apologise enough for what ended up to be a waste of your time. I greatly appreciate all the help you've given me though, thank you so much!
