Re: Limited Edition + Update Complete Bug? - Sims 4

Heya @SandStorm129,

Is all your other owned DLC showing under Manage Add-Ons and only the limited edition content missing, or all your DLC is currently missing? Installing your content to a new PC should not affect your access to any of your content- you'll still have access to all the limited edition content and all your other owned DLC. 

Please try clearing the cache for the EA app with these steps and let me know how everything looks then.

    @EA_Solaire All of my DLC is still there, it is just my limited-edition content that seems to be missing. I also did clearing the cache for the EA app with no luck.

    Did you originally purchase your version of the Limited Edition base game directly through Origin?

    @EA_Solaire No, I brought the physical form of the Limited Edition. I still have the code for it but I don't have the disc.
