I got this error today after installing my game when I wanted to launch it. I searched for solutions but nothing seem to work. Idk what to do anymore. 2019 and this problem still exists. Nice.

- Did you reinstall the redistributable and do you have the correct ones ?
- Yes, I did try reinstalling them several times.
- Could you post a screenshot of which ones are installed currently ?

Yo tambien tengo el mismo error y tengo toditos de todas las versiones
english: I also have the same error and I have all of the versions
- Go to your ">drive<:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\__Installer\vc\vc2010sp1\redist" folder.
- Run the "vcredist_x64.exe" and the "vcredist_x86.exe" as Administrator. (Right click the exe > run as an Administrator)
If you don't have an "Install" option, "Repair" the installation. - Do the same with the "vcredist_x64.exe" and the "vcredist_x86.exe" under ">drive<:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\__Installer\vc\vc2013\redist"
- Reboot.
- Test.
This didn't work for me either, i don't know what to do at this point
