Re: My Sims 4; Activation code already been used

Is this the first time that you downloaded the game or did you reinstall? If you reinstalled or entered the code before, make sure you have Origin downloaded to your pc and then sign in. Then click on the My Games tab and a drop down menu will appear. You may need to change it to all games, hidden games, etc. but your game should be there.

If you never entered the code and you just got the game, you need to speak with the place you bought the game from as codes can only be used once @louise199629.
