@nurasenpai02  Please try a different sound output device that uses a different type of connection, for example earbuds connected via jack versus the laptop's built-in speakers.

If the second device doesn't work, make sure you haven't set Origin to run Sims 4 without sound.  Open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, select Game Properties > Advanced Launch Options, and look at the command line box.  If you see -nosound , delete the text and save the change.

If that doesn't help either, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
