It would be Clown's EnableDebugCheats, [Script Mod] enable advanced debug/cheat interactions he does not update it, Weerbesu is keeping this mod up to date though, you need to update it via the 'comments' section, it's where he places a zip file link.. (up to about pg 30 in comments, you'll find the latest update) he basically adopted this mod as it was so very popular. (your problem, also happened to me, but ceased to be a problem once I updated it at Mod The Sims..) Also a good idea to subscribe to that mod for a quick way to see when he's updated it, as he does it on a fairly regular basis.
