@emmilyroose Do you only have issues in Drake hall or all dorms ? I had no issues yesterday but only tried another dorm as I have currently no one living in Drake Hall.

Did you replace the doors at some point or is the dorm default ?

    I’ve changed the doors back to default and it’s now working. Thank you so much for your help!
