try -documents- electronics arts -the sims 4 -saves copy the saves folder to a flash/thumbdrive then copy that to oyur other computer just make sure to not put a saves folder with in a saves folder , if on the other computer you have no games started/saved then just copy your saves folder over from the flash/thumbdrive

for cloud saves if supported by a game you need to have cloud enabled first

Cloud storage is on by default. If for any reason you’d like to change your settings:

1. In the Origin menu, click ‘Application Settings.’
2. From the ‘General’ tab, click the checkbox next to ‘Enable cloud storage for all supported games.’
