Depends where you are. It isn't released for me yet (only going to be released tomorrow).
You can check on when it will be available for you in Origin:
- go to your My Games
- Right-click Sims 4 and choose View Game Details
- Scroll down to Expansion Packs
- Hover over Get to Work - it should tell you when it'll be available
