Do you have any Mods or CC? If so move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.

- I went through all of them and performed a repair and it's still not working.
Did the game work when you moved your Mods folder to the desktop?
No, my acting careers still wont work with or without mods. Seems like a pretty common bug with this expansion since I'm not the only one having this issue.
