@ScrappyORL  I've split your post into its own thread, since the previous thread was several years old.

Origin-enabled cloud saving doesn't work for Sims 4.  If you have your own cloud storage set up, like OneDrive, iCloud, or Google Drive, you can manually move your saves and other content from one computer to another.  (You could also use an external hard drive or USB stick.)  Or you could set up automatic syncing, although getting it to work properly sometimes takes a bit of experimentation.  But whatever you do, the content you want to use needs to be in the Sims 4 user data folder in Documents\Electronic Arts, or the game won't read it.
