With those kind of specs. don't expect to be able to record video in live game without some choppiness. You will need something a little more up to date and powerful for that.

I have to agree with @shanea0214 playing games is one thing but recording at the same time as playing will cause the computer your playing on to struggle. You will either need to upgrade your PC or lower your graphics settings in game. and even than you may see some choppyness.
