@sigalita_y The message about requiring Sims 4 is standard and doesn't mean anything in this context considering you already own the base game (and it's free anyway). Are you sure that the purchase of Tiny Living went through? Does it say in-game that you own the pack or not?
Please also find out whether the pack is installed, and if so, where. Specifically, r a search for SP16 , which is the folder for Tiny Living. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter SP16 in the search field in the upper-right corner. Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result. If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary. Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.
