Re: Resolved - Free Desert Luxe Kit Unable to be Claimed

I recently got dumped and since I had all my sims on my ex's account I had to restart on my own. Now, I own the sims 4 base game and multiple expansion packs, but I'm not getting the option to redeem the desert luxe kit for free. I was able to do it when using my ex's account so I know its supposed to work on origin on Mac, but on this new account its not working. What am I supposed to do? I've restarted origin, restarted my computer, logged in on the web instead of the app... Basically everything I could find that people have been recommending but it's still not free for me on my own account. What can I do?

    If your account was just created within the last two weeks, you'll need to contact the live support team for help on claiming this kit.
