I can't get the Desert luxe kit.
There's no change when I click Buy InGame, turn off and on the game, log in again, remove all modes, or try again after recovering the game.
I'm using the game in EA Origin. In the Origin store, Desert luxe kit is shown for a pay.
How can I get the kit?

A Note to anyone attempting fixes/gathering screenshots as previously requested in this thread:
If you choose to "pay" by Paypal with the intention of screenshotting the final page that does not say $0
Once you select payment method within paypal the button says "Continue to Review Order"
Once selected, origin processes the order and takes your money. The Paypal email said an order had been placed but not yet completed, but I have confirmed that the transaction is complete and the money has been taken.
I have contacted ea-help on twitter and advised, but just in case anyone else thinks "Continue to Review Order" will return you to the "Review Order" screen to finalise purchase
I am not able to redeem the free Desert luxe kit.
When it first became available I tried to redeem it, but every time I clicked on redeem it just closed the kit page.
I contacted EA customer service today.
I just did an online chat with EA customer service and they suggested I leave a message here after our attempt did not work to fix the issue.
Per EA customer service, I cleared the cache on the EA App on my PC
Now it says Free (not Redeem) but it still just closes the kit page when I click on it.
Please help.
