Re: Royalty & Legacy not showing through in-game store

I want to buy the new pack but it's not even showing up in my game. The world, the filter, and on the home screen just don't have it (refer to the pictures added). The new kits are there, just not the EP. I've cleared the cache, restarted the EA app, and restarted my computer but nothing seems to work. I've even dragged my sims file out of the EA folder and the new file still didn't have it. Is anyone else experiencing this? I don't want to buy a pack that isn't even showing up.

I'm not going to purchase a pack through the ea app when I can't even see in-game. Guess we'll have to wait for some update to fix the problem, since they can't solve this rn. But I appreciate the feedback, hope the team can fix asap!

Youre not alone! Im having the same problem. The kits are there but the ep isnt. No solution online has helped yet. I was planning on buying it but I dont want to spend 40$ and risk it still not being there. Its a shame because I was really excited for this pack.

I have the same problem. I'm worried that if I buy the pack, my money will go to waste since it doesn't show up in-game. The only thing that shows up is the event with the Royal Envoy and I can play the event normally. Other than that, nothing seems to be working. I've even uninstalled the game and reinstalled it several times both on steam and on the EA app, cleared cache on both. Also dragged the files out, but to no avail. In the in-game store there's only the new kits that show up too, but no pack.
