Hey there @mageboy,

Are you seeing these missing packs in the EA app in your Order History? If they are appearing in your Order History but not in-game, can you let me know if you have the CAS demo currently installed please?

    They were showing in my order history. Once I logged into Origin, updated the game there and launched it the missing packs suddenly appeared in my library when I just logged into EA Desktop to verify it again.

    @EA_Solaire no. because i ordered my games through origin not EA. I didnt even have a EA account until recently.
  • i only have one account but all of my packs are gone and they arent in my order history for some reason. how do i get them back??

    I recently switched to EA from Origins.  EA has all of my expansion kits and other stuff all listed in the library BUT it is not showing up in the game (Sims 4). I have reinstalled, re-started computer/game and also ran the repair from EA site. I can see them, just not play them.  

    What do I do now??

    @puzzlezaddict hello, i did follow the instruction in the page you suggest for other player and nothing is change, I lost all my kit and packs (ep01-ep02-ep03-ep12-gp06-sp01-sp-14-sp24-sp35) I have no idea what to do next, do you have any suggestion?

    Hi @funghettacm 

    Did you review the order history on your account? If your previous purchases are not showing in your order history, that means you're currently logging into the EA app with the wrong login details. 

    You'll need to contact the live support team from the help site here so they can help you locate the correct login details.

    Dear @EA_Solaire 

    I have read many of your posts about the issue I have been trying to get help with.

    I have lost all the expansions and add-ons. I was only missing one expansion. 

    What can I do?

    I only have an account.

    I only have the print screen of one page of my order history - games dating to 2015

    I have proof of payment on my credit card of almost $300 last month

    I already tried to speak with an advisor, but it wasn't helpful - they can't do anything

    So, who are the people that can actually help me?

    @EA_Solaire In the beginning, I had on my order history all the games that I had purchased over the years. Only missing the GET TO WORK. But now, even the ones that I purchased last month are gone, too.

    That sounds like you're logging into a different account in that case if the order history is blank. You'll need to contact live support and work with them to locate the account your content was originally purchased on.
