Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

Hi.

I am actually having the same problem and probably two separate accounts. I was logged to the origin and not to EA and did not use login data for a very very long time so I logged in via Steam and change on EA login e-mail and password. Yet yesterday were all my Sims 4 add-ons visible and I bought some more content. Today I logged direct to the EA app and bought some more add-ons. But now I have only the newly bought stuff, no Sims 4 Premium edition, just basic and all the old stuff is gone. Nothing in the order history. Please help!
