Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I recently had the sims 4 update and since then every single pack that I had previously bought is suddenly no longer available and says I do not own any of them.
I cleared cache, restarted my laptop multiple times and repaired the game to no avail.
I have spent so much money on this game. Please help. I am unsure what to do at this point. It’s saying I’ve only played the game for 30 minutes which is also untrue. I have hundreds of hours in this game.

Thank you. Is there a way to transfer everything to a different account that is mine or is it only able to stay on the one account?

TheMandaMoo Content can't be transferred between accounts. In theory, you could contact EA customer support to have your two accounts merged, but that process is prone to error, so I'd avoid it when not absolutely necessary.
