Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

My daughter had to update her computer, after the update was done all the expansion packs she’s bought are gone. We can’t get anything to load back correctly

    bdikonps​  Do the expansion packs show as owned in the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons?  If so, do they show as installed?  Please have a look and let me know.

    When I click to mange it only brings up…view properties, repair and uninstall. No manage add-ons
