Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app
Not sure if I'm in the right area to ask about this problem, but this issue has been going on and i tried reporting it several times. When i log into my EA app and open the sims, i open the app an it says "packs required" and lists all the packs i own. It wont let me open any of my save files that i played because there is an issue and it says i don't own any of the packs i bought. I really love this game and i spent over 100$ on all of those packs and i would hate to lose them. Please help or direct me towards someone who can help!
