Re: Sims 4 bonus objects for owning sims 3 are missing when owning CDs

hi, not sure when I got it as I had the base game alone for a long time but never played it until I bought a few packs. 

But the thing is if it was a promotional thing from back then, then why are I fluencers only sharing it now like it's a new thing and know nothing about it. Same with the support, why would they say go report it as a bug as many players are asking about it. 

The problem is that there's nothing when you google and I think it would be a bit unfair that it's limited to when I bought the Sims 4.
