@Shanz0313 That's probably the issue then. I've seen EA community managers reply to other reports of a partial refund, and I've flagged your thread as well, but it will probably take a few days for anyone to get back to you. This should be fixable though.
@puzzlezaddict ok thanks appreciate the help. So do you think I should try and contact them again about it or would you having flagged it been alright?
@Shanz0313 I think it's fine to wait. Support can be hit or miss, but it's easier when someone from EA is in charge of the process, whether that means telling you exactly what you need to say or writing a reply here that you can link for a support rep or whatever else it is they can do.
