are you using custom content or mods in your game ?

a lot of custom content/mods is outdated and needs updating.

Try removing everything and see if it then loads.

I would just like to thank you! I was having the same problem as the OP and I found this forum when doing some google searching. I reset the game to factory settings and now it's working. Thank you!
